Goals must be reviewed regularly (at least once a month) to ensure that our decisions are filtered through what we said we wanted to accomplish.B The best way to make sure this happens is to establish pre-determined times for progress reviews.B Goals create a plan for your business that works like a map.B Even if a detour is required, you know how to get back on course.
